Are you accepting new clients?
Yes, there are a limited number of open slots for new clients.
Do I need a referral?
No, but if you are currently working with another provider, this is often useful.
Do you accept insurance?
Yes, Anthem, Optima and CompCare.
If I have another insurance, can I still come to Dao?
Yes, you would pay out of pocket and could file to have your insurance company reimburse you.
Do you have evening or weekend appointments?
Not usually. However, some clients come from long distances to do LENS. Accomodations outside of normal business hours may be made for those who travel.
Do you treat children?
Only if they have a problem that can be treated with LENS.
